We need a scuba tank charging compressor. It maybe a small one or a bigger one.
Compressor:
There are commonly three types of compressor: Reciprocating , Rotary and Centrifugal compressor (To know more visit: wikipedia)
For charging, we mainly use the high pressure(HP) reciprocating type.
There are HP portable scuba diving compressor and bigger ones in the market. The high pressure compressors are generally three or four stage reciprocating air compressor that are lubricated with a high grade mineral or synthetic compressor oil free of toxic additives
